When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.
During sessions, clients meet with our staff for a consultation, during which they discuss their brief medical history. Please notify the spa coordinator of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas or ingredients when you schedule your appointment. Guests with medical conditions are advised to consult their doctors prior to booking any services. Kindly inform your staff member of any existing medical conditions prior to receiving your treatments. Bliss reserves the right to discontinue service for any reason to ensure the safety of all parties.
In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment in advance to ensure your availability. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for cancellation/reschedule. No refunds are available for cancellations with less than 48 hours prior to your appointment start time. A "no-show" includes arriving later than your required arrival time; no refunds are provided for “no-shows”. Client must call to cancel appointment.
We ask that you please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. A "no-show" includes arriving later than your required arrival time; no refunds are provided for “no-shows”.
Upon checkout, guests may choose their preferred method of payment: credit, debit, or cash. Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment. Gift certificates are available at our location; gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash.
Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. His and Hers Healing is not responsible for lost or misplaced items. We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones and pagers to vibrate or silent upon arrival and to remember to speak in a soft voice once you enter His and Hers Healing. Please inform your therapist should you need to make a phone call so that you may do so without disturbing other guests. Cell phone use may affect the length of your spa services.
