During this session, Nicole will work specifically on your ears, stimulating over 90 auricular points that are recognized by the World Health Organization.
After the session is complete, auricular taping will be offered. Auricular taping consists of taping small, round, hard, smooth objects such as seeds to specific auricular points/reflexes on the ears. The client must press the taped seed to stimulate the reflex. These seeds, not only promote self care, but they add lasting benefits to your session.

Chakra Sound Bath

This session includes a one hour chakra sound bath, using crystal bowls and color. In Sanskrit, the word “chakra” means “disk” or “wheel” and refers to the energy centers in the body. These wheels or disks of spinning energy each correspond to certain nerve bundles and major organs. To function at their best, your chakras need to stay open, or balanced. If they get blocked, you may experience physical or emotional symptoms related to a particular chakra.There are seven main chakras that run along your spine. They start at the root, or base, of your spine and extend to the crown of your head.
Through vibration, frequency and color in this session, the body will be able to clear energy blockages, and relax the mind for a very unique and meditative experience. If you suffer from anxiety, stress or even chronic fatigue, this session was made for you.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.

Medical Condition:
Before beginning, we will go over your brief medical history. Please notify us of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas or ingredients when you schedule your appointment. Guests with medical conditions are advised to consult their doctors prior to booking any services. Kindly inform us if you have any existing medical conditions prior to receiving your session. His and Hers Healing reserves the right to discontinue service for any reason to ensure the safety of all parties.
Cancellation Policy:
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellation/reschedule. A "no-show" includes arriving later than your required arrival time; no refunds are provided for “no-shows”. Client must call or text to cancel appointment.
Arrival Policy:
We ask that you please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. A "no-show" includes arriving later than your required arrival time; no refunds are provided for “no-shows”.
